The ManDate will host its virtual gathering, Saturday, June 5, 2021 @ 7:00pm see details below.
This year is flying by. Happy Black Pride brothers; as we continue to celebrate "US" all around the country in this 2021 Pride season. June is men's health month and culturally known also as Pride month. The ManDate has a very interesting and dynamic gathering planned for you.
This month, after our talk, in May, about healing spirituality from religious traumas around sexuality and sexual orientation or gender identity we dig deeper into ways that men can heal holistically and take control over their own lives, narratives, bodies, and minds.
Have you ever wonder what a *minister/former adult entertainer, *social worker, and a *hard working, cancer survivor, and "every man" guy in the community might have to chat about or share regarding health and wellness? Well this month will be an explosive and orgasmic experience...just kidding...well maybe not.... well you don't want to miss this gathering, let's put it that way!!
Joseph "The Misunderstood Social Worker" Williams-
well know social media personality and an actual licensed social worker shares his unique brand of trueims and wisdom for getting healthy and staying healthy in our minds and bodies.
formerly Bobby Blake now Elder Edgar Gaines shares with us his passions and how he has taken control of his narrative and may even share how he manages to maintain a healthy body in his 60s.
A very special invited ManDate member-
He has been part of The ManDate since the early days and who has credited his getting help to find, diagnose, and survive cancer and improve his personal fitness to an Ask The Doc session of The ManDate several years ago.
And of course YOU- Come share your thoughts and experiences as we seek to unpack our lives, pains, and joys of living our true Authentic selves.
So, let's keep building community, together.
